Assessing your full business requirements forms a fundamental part of our initial pre-consultation period, so providing as much information in the non-mandatory fields is vital for an approximate pricing projection. We will of course fine-tune your specific requirements during our first Free consultation with you, but having as much detail beforehand can save a lot of time from our perspective. Please bear this in mind when completing the form.

All information regarding yourself or your business will be treated with the strictest confidence and all paperwork held will be stored under secure conditions. Only employees/subcontractors of Route1accounting Ltd will have the authority to view such information, unless instructed by you, in writing, to share this information with a third party. You will receive further information in your terms of engagement should you register with us as a client.

We are fully insured, and are registered under HMRC's Anti Money Laundering Supervision. We are also Full Practicing members of the Certified Public Accountants Association and the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.

What's next – You will soon have your introductory meeting with one of our Accountants, who will use this time to assess your business, or your personal tax requirements. This allows us to suggest a package which best meets your requirements.

Within the next 48 hours you will receive a detailed proposal of our services, and the associated fees by email. This will cover all of our terms and hopefully give you insight about the way we work, and level of service you can expect as a client of Route1accounting Ltd.
You can accept and sign your terms electronically via your email, and in order to setup your client file in full, we must then process your ID, running a basic identity check to comply with HMRC's Anti-Money Laundering Regulations. Please note that this is not a credit check and will have no implications on your credit file. You will then receive an introductory email from a member of our team to explain the next steps in the process.
